PAULINE I. WAGEN

Pauline I Wagen

Pauline Wagen is a budding poet with a sanguine perspective of seeing beyond and above bad situations. It brings depth to her writing.

Song of a Heartbeat is her debut poem about raising the spirit in unification.

She invests her spare time in exploratory writing, challenging herself in seeing the world in fresh eyes and perspectives and looking at paradoxes, ironies and shaking things up.

Pauline is currently writing a young adult’s novel, genre of magical realism and speculative fiction. She feels that using fantasy can raise questions that the everyday commonplace cannot. It poses a view where the reader is thrown into a world they have never experienced and must follow the rules and order of it.

Pauline’s novel will be ready end of 2024.

SONG OF A HEARTBEAT

Every person, the human race; a unique heartbeat

Waveforms pump in motion distinctly, each one special

The heartbeat is rhythm,

Music; vibrations the heartbeat syncs.

Life is the journey of uniting one orchestra, tuned into the heartbeat of all people.

The heartbeat sprints or snail prints, always in a particular rhythm

It can go two ways,

Intense hatred wrangling the heart,

The heartbeat an irregular rhythm

 Stressed organs!

Pumping blood is difficult.

Love pumping through our veins; Synchronicity of heartbeats,

Humans tap into vibrations, feelings, and thoughts freedom,

To explore a multitude of ideas, no pain or suffering

Love breeds love, the simple answer!

To unite in one song is the brink of Humanity,

The start of a harmony for all people

Hearts singing love, souls chiming peace,

All people in one rhythm, tuned in, rejoice in one song.

That of a Heartbeat!
